Even with the economy the way it is, you can still treat yourself to spa services if you look around for some great deals! The Spa, LLC ( http://www.thespallc.com ) here in Orlando is keeping their books full by send out a daily email to everyone on the mail list, letting them know what appointments are available the next day. Those appointments can be booked at 50% off the regular prices! Yesterday I got a fab spa mani/pedi for $27.50!
Check your area for these types of deals and, even in these times where you may be trying to cut back, you may still be able to squeeze in a little "me time".
Remember, when taking advantage of these great deals, don't forget to tip your therapist based on what the regular cost of the treatment would be, not the discounted cost. :)
